Overview

MotoTAC is designed for welding applications and automatic calibration of the welding torch on a regular basis, as well as control of the positions of the robot axes. It can also be used if the welding torch has been moved out of position, or when it has been replaced.

MotoTAC will check on the torch’s TCP and then automatically adjust the robot jobs accordingly. It is possible to decide the magnitude of deviation in mm before MotoTAC alerts the operator rather, than just move the robot jobs automatically. It is also possible to use the programming pendants I/F-panel to monitor the difference between original tool data and the current data.
