SCHMALZ SBPG

Overview

The SBPG is a ready-to-connect vacuum gripper for the automated bin picking with a random or pre-sorted packing pattern. Thanks to the special bin-picking suction cup SVE, optimum sealing and holding force is achieved, even when gripping free-form parts or the corners and edges of workpieces. The special suitability for the packaging and logistics sector is enhanced by the gripper's low weight and compact dimensions. Variations with integrated or external vacuum generation are available. As the air supply is fully integrated in both versions, interfering contours caused by vacuum hoses are avoided. Optionally, the integrated swivel module offers additional speed advantages for the automated handling process.
