Yaskawa UK Ltd have recently experienced a substantial increase in robotics systems business and as a result will increase its facilities to support this business expansion. This expansion plan, when considered with the decrease in office space requirement linked to the flexible home and business working policies implemented by Yaskawa UK Ltd since the beginning of the pandemic period, has resulted in a strategic decision to change the geographical operational footprint to support our future business.

As a result, the following actions are being implemented:

• Yaskawa UK Ltd is actively relocating its Robotics Systems Manufacturing, Robot Product, Spares and Training to its expanded facilities in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham.
• Yaskawa UK Banbury facility will be closed from the Beginning of April 2022.
• Yaskawa will open a new administration & accounts office in the Midlands area to support nationwide service operations.

Yaskawa UK service and support operations team as part of our Yaskawa Total Customer Support remains field based and is unaffected by these changes. Our engineers are already strategically located in several regions around the UK, ready to respond where needed.
